SUBSTANCE: hydraulic shock-absorber comprises cylinder with the hydraulic space, piston mounted in the cylinder, and by-bass openings that receive check valves having movable valving member. Several check valves are provided with the arresters of rising having two rigidly interconnected plates. The plate that faces the valving member is made of a material whose coefficient of liner expansion is less than that of the material of the plate facing backward.
