FIELD: traffic control system.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises receiving noise emission from vehicles moving in the dangerous section of speedway by means of two electroacoustical converters mounted at the ends of the section, extracting tone noise component at the frequency f0, and tracing the variations of Doppler frequencies at this frequency and instantaneous differences of the Doppler frequency recorded by two electroacoustical converters. The subsequent analysis of the signals allows determination of trajectory of motion and velocity of all vehicles in the section.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
