SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and grinding whitefish on chopper; grinding estragon green on chopper; cutting, slightly frying in clarified butter and grinding carrot and bulb onion on chopper; cutting, blanching and grinding potato and turnip on chopper; shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage on chopper; rubbing garlic; slightly frying wheat flour; mixing indicated components with tomato pulp, acid, sugar, edible salt, CO2-extracts of clove, cinnamon, black bitter pepper and laurel leaf, and fish soup; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
