SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to making a granular product in a fluidized bed and can be used in the industrial production of mineral fertilizers, such as urea and ammonium nitrate. A distinctive feature of the unit is that each nozzle is located in the centre of a disk located in the plane of the gas distribution grid, perforated with inclined channels for supplying a fluidizing gas flow, located at an angle to the surface of the disk in such a way that the outlet of each channel is located on the radial rays emerging from the centre disk, and the projection of the central axis of each channel on the surface of the disk forms an angle from 0 to 90° to its radial beam in such a way that the central axes of the channels located closer to the central axis of the disk form a greater or equal angle to their radial rays than the central axes of the channels located closer to the periphery of the disk. The locations of each two adjacent disks do not have intersection points. A method for obtaining a granular product in a fluidized bed is also described.

EFFECT: improving the granulometric composition of the resulting product, reducing dust formation, minimizing the sticking of unhardened material on the surface of the nozzles.
