FIELD: application of coats on belts; instrumentation engineering and mechanical engineering; manufacture of printed circuit boards on films, anti-glare layers for displays and other articles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has vacuum chamber (1) and shell (20) with flat ceiling (10) located between rear wall (18) and at least one detachable plate. Located in vacuum chamber (1) are at least one guide roll (12, 13, 14, 15) with axis (A) and at least one source of coat (39a, 39b, 39c). Ends of at least one guide roll (12, 13, 14, 15) and covering roll (9) directed to locking plate are secured by means of load-bearing members (16, 17, 19) with supports on ceiling (10). Space of vacuum chamber (1) under covering roll (9) is free from load-bearing members. At least one guide roll (12, 13, 14, 15) and covering roll (9) may be directed away from locking plate with their ends on rear wall (18) or at least one guide roll (12, 13, 14, 15) and covering roll (9) may be directed away from locking plate with their ends on load-bearing members in front of rear wall (18) and may be secured on ceiling (10). Such construction makes it possible to reduce structural height and width of plant at properly visible and monitored routs of motion of belt excluding formation of particles in zone of covering roll.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
