INSTALLATION FOR TREATMENT OF THE BAND MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC C23C14/56

Abstract RU 2312171 C1

FIELD: textile industry; electrochemical industry; other industries; devices for continuous treatment of the flexible substrates by deposition on them of the coatings.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to installation for the continuous treatment of the flexible substrates (17S) by deposition on them of the coatings. The installation contains two reeling stations (10) for uncoiling and coiling of the substrate and, at least, one treatment station (B) disposed in passage for the substrate between these two reeling stations, and the cutoff valves (18), each of which is disposed between the reeling station (10) and at least of one treatment station, for provision of the different pressure levels in the reeling stations and, at least in one treatment station. The reeling station is installed on the stand (11) and can be rolled out from the installation, for example, for change of the substrate. The reeling stations (10) and the treatment station (B) are disposed on different stands or in the different stands movable concerning to each other. The stand of the treatment station is made as the non-separable part of the housing (1) containing the treatment station(B), and in the operational state including also the reeling stations and valves (18). The reeling stations are disposed in the skeleton (12), which contains in it their common stand (11) and having the holes locked by valves (18). The skeleton in the course of operation is disposed inside the housing (1) of the treatment station. At the open valves(18) vacuumization of the treatment station (B) and the reeling stations is exercised simultaneously, and at shut valves(18) depressurization of the reeling stations is exercised independently on the treatment station. The invention allows to replace the spools on the unwinding and winding sections without depressurization of the whole installation.

EFFECT: the invention allows to replace the spools on the unwinding and winding sections without depressurization of the whole installation.
