DEVICE FOR CREATING THROUGH CHANNEL IN LOCKING ELEMENT OF VALVE LOCK OF PRODUCTION TREE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E21B33/03 

FIELD: mining industry, possible use during emergency operations at well mouth.

SUBSTANCE: device contains hollow cylindrical body with assembly for its connection to defective lock of production tree. Positioned in the body are rod with axial internal channel, units for axial movement, rotation and pressurization of rod relatively to body, units for closing rod axial channel and for connection of rod to pump machine mounted on one end of rod. On opposite end of rod cutting tool is positioned with axial channel. In accordance to invention device is provided with bushing, concentrically mounted between body and rod on the side of position of cutting tool on the latter, with side branch pie with axial channel. Bushing is rigidly connected to rod by means of spreader elements. Plane of end of bushing is made with possible clamping to locking element of lock of defective valve of production tree. Cutting tool is made in form of nozzle for feeding hydro-abrasive jet. Side branch pipe is positioned outside the body between unit for its connection to defective valve and unit for pressurization of rod relatively to body.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of device operation.
