FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production and geological exploration and is intended for coaxial alignment of valve gate opening axes and its passage channel at elimination of emergencies at wells. Proposed method comprises assembling flanged case of flush valve in housing flange accommodating cylindrical rod displaced along axis and rotated by hand drive. Tool for machining high-strength alloys is installed on stock. Around the rod there is a hollow lead screw with the possibility of movement along the housing axis and rotation. Lead screw and the cylindrical rod are rotated about their axes together or by hand wheels separately installed at their ends. On wedge end special wedge is mounted, lowered into cavity of emergency gate valve, rod is lowered till stop of special wedge into damper gate. In the presence of a gap between the walls of the gate hole and the passage channel of the gate valve, a special wedge is introduced into the gap and the gate is moved towards the opening side. In the absence of a gap, in case of complete shutoff of the gate, it is drilled through the center of the well axis with a tool for processing high-strength alloys in the form of a drill for preparation of a bearing surface, replaceable drill bit prepared by assembly of two wedges connected to each other and having the ability to act on support surface and shifted in grooves relative to each other, made from rolled products of round cross-section with diameter, applying force on upper wedge, moving lower wedge brought in contact with drilled shutter in horizontal direction with formation of clearance between walls of gate hole and gate passage channel, assembly of wedges is removed, special wedge is installed, its sharp end is introduced into formed gap, gate is brought into state of complete opening.

EFFECT: higher reliability, possibility of monitoring and control.
