FIELD: oil extraction and geological industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, hydraulic cylinder unit and attachment unit. Casing has slides arranged in guides inside casing and pivotally joined with rotary bracket. Attachment unit for attaching apparatus to slide valves of spout fittings is made in the form of brackets provided with semicircular members. Throttles mounted in pipelines for connecting hydraulic cylinders with hydroelectric station are adapted for regulating slide motion speed and bracket rotational speed. Rotary bracket is positioned for rotation independently of slides motion by means of hydraulic cylinder block. Apparatus allows gate valve to be easily centered with respect to cross-piece axis. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced dimensions of apparatus and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
