FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sealing members comprise rings made of flexible and durable material. The rings are made of one or multilayer belt whose ends are interconnected. The belt is fit to the pipeline and is provided with pockets. The sizes of the belt transverse to the pipeline differ from the length of the periphery of the outer surface of the insulated pipeline by 50-100 mm. Each belt is provided with bearing members set in the pockets. The pockets are arranged over the belt with a given step, and their longitudinal axes are oriented along the generatrices of the pipeline. The pockets are made for permitting the bearing members to be locked inside them.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
