FIELD: construction engineering; erection and repair of underground pipe lines in flooded soils, bog and crossing water obstacles. SUBSTANCE: two rugs made in form of half-rings are placed under each weighting material on outer surface of pipe line at area of attachment of ballasting weights at rated pitch. Each rug is made from elastic porous material in form of one- or two-layer sheet adjoining to pipe line; its sizes are lesser than half length of circumference of outer surface of insulated pipe line by 50- 100 mm. Surface of each rug directed towards weighting material is provided with supporting members made from material of sheet. Supporting members are located over edges of sheet along transversal sides. Sheets adjoining pipe line and supporting members sewn to them are made from non-woven synthetic material. Rugs are impregnated with carbamide formaldehyde resin with hardener at subsequent hardening. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and stability of ballasting weight position on pipe line. 10 cl, 7 dwg
