FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing vitamin-pigmenting additive into feed, with protein-vitamin concentrate being used as additive. Protein-vitamin concentrate is produced from Lucerne juice obtained by fermentation of lactic-acid bacteria with cultural liquid having concentration of 0.1-0.3%. Said liquid is introduced into feed in an amount of 3-5% by weight of feed before feeding of animals.
EFFECT: reduced cost for producing of broiler chickens and increased retention of flock, provision for obtaining of ecologically safe product owing to utilizing natural sources of vitamins and pigments, and also improved quality of carcasses.
