FIELD: poultry science.
SUBSTANCE: poultry should be fed with a pigmenting fodder additive obtained due to fermenting the juice of alfalfa green mass with the help of lactic acid bacteria. This additive should be introduced into the feedstuff at the quantity of about 3-5% against the feedstuff weight to be fed since the 26-30th d and up to the end of fattening period. The innovation enables to increase the efficiency of fattening.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
