FIELD: biotechnological industry, in particular, production of feeds for farm animals and poultry by processing of farm crops, more particular, preparing of protein-containing feeds.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing double soaking of lupine seeds in water, followed by at least one-staged fermentative treatment with enzymic preparations having cellulose, hemi-cellulase, xylanase, pectinase, alpha-galactosidase, phytase, protease activities, and with multi-enzymic preparations having indicated activities; after fermentative treatment, providing additional soaking of lupine seeds.
EFFECT: reduced production costs, and provision for producing of feeds with reduced content of anti-nutrient alpha-galactooligosaccharides.
