FIELD: construction, particularly forms for building structure production and building structure used for public, residential and office building erection, recovery and reconstruction.
SUBSTANCE: form includes tray and sides connected to create single pouring system including at least two adjacent elongated shaping cavities preferably to produce simultaneously several elongated building structures of reinforced hardening material, mainly of reinforced concrete. Adjacent shaping cavities are separated with common central longitudinal rib having two shaping surfaces and fixedly secured to the tray. Longitudinal outer sides have height less than central side height and may be extended to obtain height equal to that of central side. The longitudinal outer sides may be hinged and installed along outer longitudinal edges so that each outer side may move along tray width to change shaping cavity width within the range defined by maximal value and value equal to 1/3 of maximal value. The longitudinal outer sides may be retained in specified, including intermediate, positions along tray width. The tray is supported by discrete supports. The tray position may be adjusted in height and is retained from at least longitudinal movement in central part thereof defined along tray length so that it may slide in both directions from the central part in longitudinal direction to compensate thermal movement. Form has a number of transversal end and intermediate forming cut-off diaphragms to be installed before concreting operation starting. The diaphragms may have different standard size corresponding to that of building structure to be produced. Girder, beam and column to be produced with the use of above form are also disclosed.
EFFECT: decreased labor inputs and material consumption, provision of work performing in any weather in severe climate characterized by negative winter temperatures, decreased time, possibility to obtain reliable structure having improved technological characteristics and quality, possibility to produce simultaneously several articles having different standard size, including elongated ones.
