FIELD: building industry; installations for manufacture of the lengthy building structures with the non-prestressed reinforcement and the prestressed reinforcement.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to the installations for manufacture of the lengthy building structures with the non-prestressed reinforcement and with the prestressed reinforcement including the girders, the beams, the columns and the structures of the columns, the girders and the beams and beams and may be used at erection of the residential buildings, public buildings and office blocks, and also at their restoration or renovation. The contribution line for manufacture of the lengthy building structures out of the solidifying material, predominantly the reinforced concrete, according to the invention contains at least one device for concrete placement, the devices of preparation of the reinforcement and the formwork. The formwork is made in the form of the underpan and the sides integrated in the uniform flow system with formation of no less than two adjacent lengthy forming cavities for corresponding preferentially simultaneously manufactured technologically integrated by reinforcement along the length of each cavity building structures constructions. The adjacent molding cavities of the formwork are separated by the common for them central longitudinal side with two molding surfaces, fixed on the underpan. And the longitudinal outer sides are made folding and mounted along its exterior longitudinal flats with a capability of reverse relocations of each of them on the width of the underpan and to change the effective width of each molding cavity within the interval from its maximal value up to no less than 0.3 of its maximal values and fixation in the necessary positions, including the intermediate positions along the width of the underpan. At that each outer side is connected to the underpan by means of the discretely located along its length units, which ensure the capability of the turning movements of the side with the preliminary preferable simultaneous reciprocal motion upright and horizontally in direction of turning. The described production line is capable to produce the column, the beam, the girder, which are independent components of the invention. The technical result of the invention ensured by the set of the all indicated objects consists in reduction of the labor input and materials consumption, in provision of the possibility to continue the works at any weather conditions, predominantly in the regions with the severe climatic zones with low subzero temperatures in winter at the simultaneous decrease of the dates of the works completion, production of the reliable design with the improved technological characteristics and quality of the products and the possibility to produce simultaneously several products of different type and size including the long-sized products.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the labor input and materials consumption, the possibility to continue the works at any weather and climatic conditions, decrease of the dates of the works completion, production of the reliable design with the improved technological characteristics and quality, production simultaneously of several products of different type and size including the long-sized products.
