FIELD: construction, particularly technological complexes for building structure production, namely to manufacture elongated building structures with prestressed or nonprestressed reinforcement, namely girders and semi-girders used for residential, public and office building erection, repair and reconstruction.
SUBSTANCE: technological complex comprises at least one production line for elongated building skeleton production of hardening material, mainly of reinforced concrete. The production line comprises concrete laying equipment, devices for reinforcement bar supply and installation; form with at least one through longitudinal forming cavity for simultaneous production of corresponding structures. Forming cavity gutter us supported by discrete supports to provide vertical gutter position change and to fix thereof against longitudinal displacement in mid-length section so that remainder gutter part may slide in both directions with respect to mid-length section under the action of thermal strain. The gutter also has units for shaping form surface creation member fixation, which are spaced apart along longitudinal gutter axis and the second form member fixation and opening units extending along longitudinal gutter edges, wherein the second members define other shaping surfaces of the form. Two types of form member fixation and opening units are included. Form member fixation and opening units of the first type provide form stripping with form side reciprocation and rotation and form retention in working position. Form member fixation and opening units of the second type provide form side fixation in working position and form side rotation and reciprocation. Each form member fixation and opening unit includes independent holder having the first end movably inserted in paired transversal stiffening members secured to gutter and made as guiding means with orifices. Elongated building structure and column are produced with the use of described technological complex.
EFFECT: decreased labor inputs and material consumption, provision of all-weather building structure production, particularly in severe climatic territories characterized by low negative winter temperatures, decreased production time, increased reliability, technological characteristics and quality of ready building structure, possibility to produce several articles having different standard dimensions, including elongated ones, in single device.
