FIELD: construction, particularly producing shaped articles from the material in moulds or on molding surfaces, particularly to produce columns used in residential, public and office building erection and reconstruction.
SUBSTANCE: production line comprises at least one concrete placer and form including gutter and sides united in single channel system including at least two adjacent elongated molding cavities. The cavities are adapted for simultaneous several building structures production of hardening reinforcement material, preferably of reinforced concrete so that the articles have length exceeding one story height. Adjacent molding cavities of the form are separated with common central longitudinal side having two molding surfaces and fixedly secured to gutter. Longitudinal outer sides are of drop type and extend along outer longitudinal edges thereof so that the sides may reciprocate along gutter width to change each molding cavity width from maximal value to minimal value equal to 0.3 of maximal one. The sides may be retained in demanded, including intermediate, positions along gutter width. The gutter is installed on discrete supports and may be adjusted in height. The gutter may be restricted from at least longitudinal movement in central part. Remainder part thereof may slide in both directions from central part under the action of thermal strain. Form comprises at least two transversal replaceable forming and concrete cutting end diaphragms having different standard sizes corresponding to standard sizes of transversal building unit cross-sections. The production line is adapted to manufacture columns of reinforced hardening material.
EFFECT: decreased labor inputs and material consumption, possibility to perform works in any weather, mainly in zones with severe climate characterized by low negative winter temperatures, decreased time, increased structural reliability and quality, possibility to produce several columns having different dimensions in single form.
