FIELD: protective and decorative coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to create all-purpose inexpensive technology for preparation of film-forming solutions suitable to deposit oxide coatings with bride color specter on solid substrate, including glass and ceramics, using nontoxic components ensuring preparation of solutions with time-stable characteristics. According to invention, solvents containing bidentate reagent (dicarboxylic acids, β-diketones or ketoesters, hydroxy acids, etc.) dissolve inorganic salt and metal-containing additive (metal, metal oxide, metal hydroxide) in amount allowing synthesis of homo- and heterometallic complexes, wherein bidentate ligands are terminal groups. Starting materials include inorganic salts, solvents (ethyl and isopropyl alcohols), metal-containing components (including metal of subgroups of groups I-VIII of Periodic system, oxides and hydroxides thereof), and above-mentioned bidentate reagents.
EFFECT: reduced expenses on coating operation.
