FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rare-earth complex of general formula [Ln(L1)3L2], where Ln is an ion of a trivalent rare-earth element, e.g., Nd, Pr, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Tm, Er, Yb; L1 is a diketonate ligand, which is a 1,3-dipyrazolyl propanediol-1,3 derivative of general formula , where R1, R3 denote an alkyl, fluoroalkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl or heterocyclic substitute, R2, R4 denote a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, fluoroalkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl or heterocyclic substitute, a halogen atom, a CF3 or NO2 group. The diketone fragment can be conjugated symmetrically or asymmetrically at positions 3, 4 or 5 of each pyrazole ring, L2 is an auxiliary bidentate N, P or O-containing ligand, e.g., 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen), 2,2-bipyridyl (Bipy), triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO), tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO), diethylene glycol dimethyl ether (Diglim). A method of producing said compound is also provided.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain novel rare-earth complexes with high luminescence intensity.
