FIELD: building industry; methods for the cement clinker production.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building industry, in particular, to the method of the cement clinker output increase. The method for increase of the cement clinker output from the installation for the cement production consisting of the cement furnace and the cooling device, in which the cement produced in the cement furnace is cooled, includes: a) production of the hot cement clinker from the source ingredients in the cement furnace; b) feeding of the hot cement clinker produced at the a)stage in the cooling device; c) the injection of the ground material containing according to the analytical calculations silicon dioxide and at least calcium oxide and aluminum oxide in the contact with the indicated hot cement clinker downstream for formation of the hot cement clinker at the temperature of at least 1000°C so that the ground material was not entrained into the area of the clinker formation in the furnace by the secondary air flow; smelting of at least 50 mass % of the indicated material till formation of the partially molten material and the chemical interaction of this partially molten material with the hot clinker with production the pyrotreated by the partially molten crystalline hydrosilicates of a composition of a cement clinker, refrigeration of the cement clinker composition; cooling of the indicated cement clinker composition in the cooling device; and d) withdrawal from the cooling device of the cooled compositions of the cement clinker, the contents of the cement clinker in which is greater, than the contents of the hot cement clinker at the b)stage. The technical result of the invention is the increased output of the cement clinker from the installation for the cement production.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased output of the cement clinker from the installation for the cement production.
