FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of firing an active mixed material, introducing said material is a head kiln and comprising the following steps: loading the clinker after high temperature calcination in a rotary kiln to grate cooler through cap kiln and simultaneously secondarily fed material is head kiln, said material is a material capable of forming an active component of the cement by calcining at a temperature of from 700 °C to 1200 °C. and having a calorific value of 10 kJ/kg to 12,000 kJ/kg, and said material calcined at this low temperature. Invention also relates to a mixture of the active material with the cement clinker prepared by the above method. Invention is developed in subclaims of formula of invention.
EFFECT: technical result - reducing energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the process.
