FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices and methods for deposition of the gas-dynamic coatings.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the technology of deposition of the coatings on the surfaces of the products, in particular, to the gas-dynamic methods of deposition of the coatings with utilization of the inorganic powder and may be used in the different branches of mechanical engineering. The compressed gas is fed in the heater (1), where it is heated up to the necessary temperature ensuring the lack of the particle pickup on the walls of the nozzle. The heated gas is fed in the supersonic nozzle (2), in which it passes sequentially the narrowed section, the throat (3), the expanding section of the nozzle and is accelerated up to the supersonic speed. The powders of the sputtered material are introduced in this supersonic flow of the gas through the components (5)used for inlet of powders in the nozzle. The particles of the powders are accelerated by the high-speed gas current on the accelerating section (7) of the nozzle and further are guided onto the surface of the base. The substance of the invention consists that it estimated parameters of the nozzle section arranged after the components for introduction of the powders and intended for acceleration of the powders, which ensure the increased coefficient of the sputtering at conservation of the possibility to use the heightened temperature of the compressed gas and utilization of the powders containing the solid particles.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased coefficient of the sputtering at conservation of the possibility to use the heightened temperature of the compressed gas and utilization of the powders containing the solid particles.
