FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portable device for the gas-dynamic spray coatings of powder materials. Unit for spraying the device includes an electric heater of compressed gas, a supersonic nozzle, made with a replaceable insert, connected to the output of the electric heater, and an input unit to the nozzle of the powder material. Control unit of the device is connected to the electric heater of compressed gas with a flexible pipe and electric cable. Output of the powder feeder is connected by a pipeline with the input unit in the nozzle of the powder material. Supersonic nozzle is installed with the possibility of rotation and fixation at an angle of up to 180°. Axis of rotation of the nozzle is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gas-powder flow. In the supercritical section of the supersonic nozzle, there is installed a gas-powder flow divider consisting of an annular part mated with a replaceable insert, a radial part perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gas-powder flow, and a needle-shaped end part located in the center of the replaceable insert powder flow.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of the spray coating and to obtain dense and homogeneous in composition and thickness of coatings with high adhesion.
