FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portable device for the gas-dynamic spray coatings of powder materials. Spraying unit contains a compressed gas heater and a supersonic nozzle, equipped with a replaceable insert, connected to the output of the electric heater, and the node entering the nozzle of the powder material. Control unit connected to the electric heater of compressed gas by flexible pipe and electric cable, powder feeder, the output thereof is connected by a pipeline with an input unit to the nozzle of the powder material, the supersonic nozzle being installed with the possibility of rotation and fixation at an angle of up to 180°, the axis of rotation of the nozzle is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the gas-powder stream, and for the supply of compressed gas to the supersonic nozzle use a pipeline made with a bend under 90° and perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the service life of the replaceable insert of the supersonic nozzle, an increase in the efficiency of the coating deposition process and the quality of the coating.
