SUBSTANCE: proposed device has pseudorandom sequence generator, noise generator, attenuator, analyzing unit, parameter defining unit, memory unit, comparison unit, segment number N evaluating unit, and condition display unit, all used for diagnosing transmitting and receiving channels of digital transmission systems incorporating coder, modulator, frequency changer, and power amplifier, as well as high-frequency amplifier, frequency changer, demodulator, and decoder, respectively.

EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, enhanced reliability of measurement results, reduced time taken for diagnostics.
