SUBSTANCE: food product contains deformed tube produced from cereal crop or starch based dough. Profiling machine for forming of profiled food products from dough tube has inlet channel, two pairs of belts with profiling teeth facing one another and extending in parallel with inlet channel. Pairs of belts are arranged at an angle exceeding 10 deg with respect to one another. Food product contains deformed tube of dough based on cereal crops or starch, whose profile shears are arranged at an angle exceeding 10 deg. Method involves producing elongated dough tube and profiling said dough tube.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider range and improved appearance of food products.
