SUBSTANCE: present invention provides for production of a confectionary bar (110) containing a wavy waffle (112) that contains a base area (116) and two fractions (118) enveloped into a chocolate layer (114). The base area (116) and the fractions (118) form a channel (120) between them. A cylindrical caramel core (122) partly fills the channel (120). The fractions (118) are represented by folded areas of a waffle strip.
EFFECT: additionally, the invention involves a wavy waffle having a cross section with a channel and a wavy waffle containing two fractions and ensures a method and installation for wavy waffles moulding.
