SUBSTANCE: method involves determining gingival fluid quantity in dentogingival sulcus of teeth surrounding the defect after having accomplished periodontitis treatment. Convergence angle is determined for each of the teeth equal to difference of tilt angle values of tooth under study and the likely named tooth on the other jaw side. Gingival fluid quantity obtained from the dentogingival sulcus corresponding to gingival fluid quantity in intact periodontitis case and dental convergence angle being less than 5°, complication risk is to be rejected.
EFFECT: high reliability of conclusions drawn.
