FIELD: metallurgical industry; by-product-coking industry; other industries; hot patching of the furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for hot patching of the furnaces in metallurgical industry, by-product-coking industry, other industries. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the adhesive strength between the particles of the mixture, the increase of its flowability, reduction of the events of sealing and segregation at storing. The refractory mass for the ceramic surfacing includes the refractory filler in the form of oxides, the combustible components in the form of metals and then aerosil at the following ratio of the components in mass %: the refractory filler - 65-88, the combustible components - 10-25, then aerosil - 0.1-5. At that the specific surface area of the aerosil compounds 150-420 m2/g.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the adhesive strength between the particles of the mixture, the increase of its flowability, reduction of the events of sealing and segregation at storing.
