SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of the hot repair of the industrial furnaces masonry by the method of the ceramic welding deposition and may be used in metallurgical, by-product coking and other industries. The technical result of the invention is the increased quality and safety of the industrial furnaces masonry hot repairs, the reduced consumption of the metallic powders and duration of the repairs. The indicated technical result is reached by that onto the preheated surface of the masonry subjected to the repairs in the stream of oxygen feed the exothermal admixture, which includes the refractory particles in the form of the oxides and the combustible particles containing among them the particles of aluminum in the spherical form with the specific surface of 0.13-0.65 m2/g. At that the share of the fraction of 0-10 microns in the granulometric composition of aluminum compounds 12-65 %. The components feeding may be exercised separately. With the purposes of the better ignition at first they conduct feeding of the aluminum. The maximum size of the aluminum particles makes 100 microns.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased quality and safety of the industrial furnaces masonry hot repairs, the reduced consumption of the metallic powders and duration of the repairs.
