FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: foundation preparation method involves formation of wells to install injector in them, soaking and compaction of soil by delivering compacting and soaking solution via injector under pressure till hydraulic fracturing is formed, measurement, recording and control of solution delivery pressure, supply of the above solution via hydraulic fracturing in order to form a reinforcing element in soil and reinforcement of soil mass by means of repeated submersions of injector into adjacent wells. As soaking and compacting solution, there used is water suspension of carbonate slurry of chemical water treatment for boiler plants of thermal power stations and combined heat and power stations, and reinforcement is made in the form of system of vertical solid elements of increased density, which are formed in soil after it is soaked and compacted due to suspension of carbonate slurry delivered to formed cavities under pressure of 3.5-4.0 MPa.

EFFECT: improving carrying capacity of foundation and required degree of compaction and homogeneity of reinforcement of soil mass, increasing capacity and reducing material consumption.
