FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic compass comprises magnetic sensor filled with damping fluid, inductive converter positioned in the magnetic field of the magnetic sensor, and compensator of electromagnetic deviation made of coils with windings. The inductive converter has four one-component ferric probes. The ferric probes are mounted in pair on the detachable member parallel, diametrically opposite, and orthogonal. The axes of the signal windings of the ferric probes are in coincidence with four horizontal axes positioned orthogonal in pair in four vertical planes. The signal windings of each pair of the ferric probes arranged parallel in pair are connected in series.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
