FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing and ligating ureter in lower half after having done inferomedial laparotomy to rabbits. Next, 1 ml of microorganisms culture like Escherichia coli in titer ≥105 or Chlamydia trachomatis in titer ≥104 or Ureaplasma urealyticum in titer ≥104 or their combinations are introduced into the ureter proximally relative to ligation place. The ureter is ligated proximally with respect to puncture point.
EFFECT: reliable pyelonephritis model.
