FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to experimental urology, and can be used to simulate pyelonephritis occurring after endourological interventions. Inferior laparotomy is performed, and a culture of microorganisms is introduced into the ureter of an experimental animal. To maintain a given level of intrapelvic pressure, a temporary occlusion is created with a manometric balloon catheter inserted into the ureter, and the cavitation load is simulated by the ultrasonic wave generator installed in the projection of the kidney from the transdermal approach.
EFFECT: method enables to create a universal model of pyelonephritis after endourological interventions, where there is a temporary graduated pelvic hypertension, cavitation load and urinary tract infection due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
