FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for modelling an inflammation in vitro in renal tissue, testing of compounds influencing an inflammatory process in renal tissue and sampling an effective compound, there is used kit consisting of: epithelial cells of renal tubules; peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes and inactivated bacteria E.Coli. The modelling procedure involves the stages: providing epithelial cells of the renal tubules; providing peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes; providing inactivated bacteria E.Coli; a joint cultivation of products of the stages a) and b); incubation of the mixed culture of the stage d) and the product of the stage c); registration of oxidative stress and renal cell viability values. For testing the compounds influencing the inflammatory process in renal tissue, the compound being tested is added at the incubation stage; the oxidative stress and renal cell viability values are registered and compared in the presence and absence of the compound being tested. The effective compound influencing the inflammatory process in renal tissue is selected.
EFFECT: method allows analysis of the compounds influencing the inflammatory process directly in renal tissue in vitro.
