FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: pregnant female animals should be injected with a narcotic substance applied for intracavitary operations; moreover, it is necessary to make an incision of abdominal wall in uterine area to introduce 0.5x106 cells of Candidiasis infection agent in isotonic solution into placenta of every fetus followed by suturing abdominal wall. The innovation increases the efficiency of intrauterine Candidiasis infectioning.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
