STATIONARY COMBINED-ACTION FEED GRINDER-MIXER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A01F29/00 

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for preparing of feeds.

SUBSTANCE: stationary grinder-mixer has hopper mounted on frame and two longitudinal screws located in semi-tubular bottom and equipped with cutting members, and having adjustable rotational velocity. Hopper has discharge window provided in its upper part and closed with shutter gate. Hopper is mounted at an angle of 25-30 deg to horizontal plane on frame equipped with slides. Discharge conveyor is positioned under discharge window and has longitudinal axis extending in parallel with longitudinal axis of hopper. Screws are furnished in their lower part with coils oriented in one direction and extending to discharge window, with ejection blades in the vicinity of discharge window, and with cutoff semi-coils oriented in other direction and arranged in topmost part.

EFFECT: increased grinding efficiency owing to creating of optimal velocity modes of operation of screws equipped with cutting members.
