FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing ligature through stainless steel tubes lumen. The tubes are future anastomosis length long. Pierces in and out are done bringing thread through lumen of intestine segments sutured together 1 cm far from seromuscular sutures line. Thread ends are pulled on one side and thread segment between metal tubes on the other side creating in this way a tube guide. The metal tubes are brought into the sutured intestine segments. The threads are tied. Compression place is peritonized with seromuscular sutures 1 cm far from future anastomosis line.
EFFECT: increased anastomosis reliability.
