FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out stable femur osteosynthesis with transosseous fixation apparatus. Canal is formed in cartilaginous femur part directed from outside inside, from down to top towards the acetabular pelvis region. Bone autograft is introduced into the canal. Auto graft taken from healthy extremity fibula is used in particular cases.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in stimulating osteogenesis to accomplish ontogenetic bone development.
