SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating inborn radial club hand with the help of perosseous devices. It is necessary to descend the bone in distal direction up to functionally favorable position, protect rudiment's distal end by removing periosteum along anterior-external surface, apply an osseous autotransplant between rudiment's distal department and the first row of carpal bones, fix radial rudiment's distal end and autotransplant's proximal end with a needle supplied with a soldered piece and fix autotransplant's distal end. The innovation enables to shorten the terms of therapy, decrease traumatism of operation and improve anatomo-functional results.
