SUBSTANCE: method involves making skin incision, subtotal excision of cicatricial palmar aponeurosis, wound closure, splint application over hand and fingers, administering medical training exercises, physiotherapy, antibioticotherapy and removing stitches. Z-shaped cut over palmar finger surface is applied as the skin incision beginning from external boundary of distal interphalangeal skin fold, going further towards external boundary of the proximal one, and then the incision is continued as arc-shaped curve along the internal boundary of hypotenor or tenor. Dosed cicatricial tendon sheath wall excision is done near the proximal interphalangeal articulation on 2.0-2.5 cm long strip is carried out and the first bandage is applied in 2-4 h after the surgical intervention. Splint is applied for the first 3 days. Medical training exercises are administered at the third day after operation. Physiotherapeutic procedures are performed by exposing postoperative wound zone to low intensity broadband electromagnetic radiation in extremely high frequency bandwidth with noise spectrum of 53.57-78.33 GHz, radiation power of 1.0-1.2 mcW beginning from the second day after the surgical intervention during 30 min daily in the amount of 7 sessions.

EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications; reduced hospital stay; reduced disability period.
