FIELD: cutting materials, cutting-off tools.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes plate like handle, two cutting tips mounted in it. Handle has upper seat for tip arranged over lower seat for tip and turning extended inside between upper and lower seats. Each seat has back wall arranged crosswise relative to length of tool; lower wall abutting to back wall; lateral wall normal relative to back and lower walls; threaded opening passing from lateral wall till opposite lateral surface of handle. Each cutting tip has upper surface, lower surface and lateral surface joining upper and lower surfaces and at least one cutting edge arranged between upper and lower surfaces; through opening arranged between upper and lower surfaces. Each cutting tip is mounted in one seat in such a way that lower surface of tip rests upon lateral wall of seat and it is held in it by means of fastening screw passing in through opening and engaged with threaded opening. Built-up cutting tool includes large number of above described cutting tools secured to annular disc having rotation axle. Each cutting edge is spaced by the same distance from rotation axis of said disc.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities at cutting off tubes.
