FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cutting tool comprises a holder and a cutting blade. The holder has housing part and a clamping part, comprising a base jaw, clamping jaw and a slot under the blade between them. The clamping jaw comprises two oblong clamping lips, separated by an oblong front recess. The cutting blade is elastically attached in the slot between two oblong clamping lips and the base jaw. The two oblong clamping lips are independently elastic. The cutting blade comprises a cutting part, with a cutting edge, and an attachment section, which has top and bottom seating surfaces. The top seating surface is divided into three sections. The front section joins the cutting part, the rear section is separated from the cutting section and the middle section lies between them. From the side view of the cutting blade, the front section of the top seating surface and the bottom seating surface lie on straight lines with formation of an acute angle between them, which is not equal to the acute angle, which is formed by the rear section of the top seating surface and the bottom seating surface.

EFFECT: more reliable attachment of the cutting blade.
