FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field, particularly to smelting process, to out-furnace treatment and to steel continuous casting. Method includes feeding into converter of steel scrap, pouring into converter of liquid cast iron, blow-off of melt in converter by oxygen and mixture of oxygen with nitrogen from above through the multi-nozzle tuyer, steel discharge from the converter into steel teeming ladle, definition of nitrogen content in discharged steel, out-furnace treatment of steel in ladle. Argon blow and introduction of deoxidiser and alloying materials into ladle. Steel is fed from steelcasting ladle into intermediate ladle through fireproof protective pipe, then from intermediate ladle - into crystalline particles through submersible steelcasting sleeves under level of steel, then from mold there are drawn out ingots at variable speed.
EFFECT: usage of invention provides receiving of steel with required content of nitrogen in uninterruptedly-casted ingots.
