FIELD: tailoring industry; methods of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of tailoring industry, in particular, to the method of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments. The method of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments provides for stabilization of the semi-finished product by the cold air, where the controlled parameters are the temperature of the fabric and also the temperature, density and the speed of the cooling air. In each instant of the control process the control system automatically evaluates the difference between the preset and the current values, which should not exceed 5 % that predetermines the moment of the termination of the process. At that the control system allows for the densities of the packet of the fabrics and the factors of their thermal conductivity to carry out the process of stabilization in the automatic mode for the different kinds of the fabrics. The given method allows to automize completely one of the main stages of the wet-heat treatment - transformation of the semi-finished fabrics fibers into the vitreous state and thus to increase productivity and to improve the quality of the ready-made garments.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase productivity and the improved quality of the ready-made garments.
