FIELD: tailoring industry; methods of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of tailoring industry, in particular, to the method of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments. The method of the automatic control over the process of the wet-thermal treatment of the ready-made garments provides for drying of the semi-finished product by the heated air. At drying of the semi-finished product indexes of the fabrics and the heated air temperature, the density of the fabrics and the heated air, the speed of the heated air are the functions of the running time of the treatment, which are in each instant measured and compared with the technological values calculated by the automatic control system. At any divergence of the real and calculated values the command to stop the process of drying for taking analysis of the reasons with the purpose to achieve the required effect with its subsequent prolongation and to determine the moment for transition to the following process. Also the automatic control considers the thermal conductivity of the fabrics. The given method allows to improve quality and to increase productivity of the wet-heat treatment of the tailoring garments.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality and the increased productivity of the wet-heat treatment of the tailoring garments.
