FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing made of a hollow cylinder, movable lid with ring groove, oil supplying passage, and ball check valve, which defines plunger pair together with the housing, spring-loaded plunger with stop members to define assembling capsule, and step mechanism for locking reverse stroke. The plunger and housing define second plunger pair. The outer surface of the lid is provided with additional ring groove from the side of the plunger. The groove is connected with the internal space through throttle opening. The housing is provided with oil supplying opening that is located in front of the groove in the housing. A part of the cross-section of the opening opposite to the groove can be overlapped by the outer side of the lid.
