SUBSTANCE: proposed device anticipates connection of newly introduced reactive components L and C to circuit in parallel with power consumer when there are two switching apparatuses connecting the latter to two independent power supplies; these newly introduced components will raise transient time constant and reduce voltage drop front steepness by supplying energy pre-stored in reactor magnetic field and in capacitor electric field to power mains.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of power consumer trouble-free operation.
