SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to register fetal cardiorhythm 5 min after hyperventilation sample and calculate the index of tension of regulatory systems (IT) in conditional units by the following formula: IT=AMo/2DV x Mo, where Mo - the mode (sec); AMo - the amplitude of mode (%); DV - the range of deviations against random process (sec). At IT ranged 200-400 conditional units it is possible to predict uncomplicated flow of pregnancy, at IT ranged 400-600 conditional units one should predict the chance for complicated pregnancy; at IT being above 600 conditional units - unfavorable flow of pregnancy. The innovation widens the number of means for predicting the flow of pregnancy.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
